What airport should I fly into?
If you can, Midway. It's much closer to the venue and easier to get in and out of. O'Hare is a second option but is considerably further away.

What are some fun things we can do while we're in Chicago?
We love to go to museums, including the Art Institute, the Museum of Contemporary Art, the National Museum of Mexican Art. You can tour the beautiful University of Chicago campus, where we both work. Eve's favorite bookstores are 57th Street Books, the Seminary Co-op, Myopic Books, Quimby's, and Women & Children First Bookstore. Damon likes to show people around the classics--Grant Park, Millennium Park (you should check the live music schedule) and the Magnificent Mile...and Epic Burger, where he is known on a first-name basis.

Can I bring [child/date/other person]?
We respectfully ask that only those guests formally listed on your wedding invitation attend the wedding. Thanks for understanding.

What should I wear?
The wedding will take place outdoors and the reception will also be outdoors, in a covered space. Chicago weather is notoriously unpredictable, so we highly recommend that you check the weather for zip code 60649 three or four days before the wedding and pack accordingly. Please wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and confident. The wedding will take place next to the beach, so if that is something you would like to enjoy feel free to bring flip-flops or sandals. There is no official wedding color theme.

Are Dr. Jones & Dr. Ewing going to become Mr. & Mrs. Jones?!
Nope. Eve Ewing shall remain Eve Ewing and Damon Jones shall remain Damon Jones. We like our names and intend to hold onto them for a while.
