Location and Hotel

Venue

We are getting married at the beautiful 63rd Street Beach House on Chicago's South Side, alongside the shore of Lake Michigan. The address of the venue is 6300 South Lake Shore Drive, Chicago, IL 60649.

The Beach House is in the midst of Jackson Park, designed by the famed Frederick Law Olmsted (who also designed Central Park). The structure is part of the Chicago Park District and is considered "Mediterranean Revival" architecture.

Hotel

We have reserved a room block for June 22 and June 23 at the Marriott Marquis Chicago, 2121 S. Prairie Avenue, in the South Loop. Depending on traffic, the hotel is 15-25 minutes from the wedding venue by car. The hotel is also near the Red Line, Green Line, and Michigan Avenue bus for those who want to explore the city. To make a reservation, go here, click Make Your Selection and choose Attendee. Getting to the Venue

Shuttles to the wedding will depart from the Marriott Marquis Chicago promptly at 3:15 PM on June 23. Shuttles will return to the Marriott Marquis from the wedding at 8:00 PM, 8:45 PM, 9:30 PM, 10:15 PM, and 11:00 PM. If you opt not to take the shuttle, we suggest using a ridesharing service (e.g. Lyft or Uber). We do not recommend driving to the venue, as parking is not guaranteed.
